Drumming Tuition

Allan Craig, our Drumming Tutor, expects to have some spaces come available in August for drumming tuition at school.  Allan will offer a come and try session during school time on 14^th June for anyone P3 and up who may be interested.

Soccer 7’s

The next Soccer 7’s event takes place this Saturday 27^th May at the KGV pitch in Portree.  Pupils involved have taken home letters and strips and are asked to be at the pitch for 10.45am tomorrow.  All strips should be returned to the school on Monday.  Many thanks for Julie MacDonald, Pasha Cazacu and Misha Constant for their help in coaching on Saturday.

School Trips

Class teachers are currently organizing end of year trips for all classes and will be in touch with further details.  These trips are made possible through generous donations from the Parent Council and would not be able to happen otherwise.

Volunteer Disclosures

New Highland Council policy states that only parents who hold a current Highland Council PVG are able to volunteer for school activities; trips, helping in classrooms, helping with swimming etc.  In order to facilitate this, we are in a position to arrange PVGs for any parents who wish to have them. The process is free and quite easy and we will hold a register of parents who hold PVGs when seeking volunteers for school activities. If you are interested in completing the PVG process, please contact me directly and I can get the process started for you.
