Hector Leaving

Friday will be Hector’s last day in Portree Primary School as he has decided to take up another post elsewhere. We would like to thank him for his dedicated service to the school and we all know he will be hugely missed. We are holding an Assembly for Hector on Friday morning and pupils will have the opportunity to thank him and wish him well for the future. He has been such a large part of the life of the school and we hope he will come back and visit us.

His post has been advertised and we have interim arrangements in place until the post is filled. Maggie Cowie, Chris Nicolson and Angie Cardiff will be taking on some of Hector’s roles and responsibilities.

Out of School Club

I regret to say that due to the low uptake, we are unable to run the Out of School Club at the October Holidays. Please find attached an updated information leaflet. We hope more parents could consider using this service after October holidays.
